However, it was really born to ride, if you wear them while riding your bike, you'll notice that they have a nylon outsole that features a recessed 2-bolt cleat design for compatibility with clipless pedals. Thanks to molded nylon/EVA outsole with rubber, they're suitable for cycling and also for walking.

Grynd shoes are flexible and offer high breathability and ventilation thanks to their microfibre and mesh upper. The lace closure is reinforced by Velcro straps, which makes them perfectly suited for a cyclist's feet.
